For help with the community preview, installation, drawing workflows, accessibility, compatibility, or a problem you encountered, email support@getvelika.com. Include your macOS version, Velika build number, steps that reproduce the issue, and any non-sensitive screenshots that help explain it. Never send original artwork or confidential project files unless a team member specifically asks for them and explains a safe transfer method.

The public preview currently focuses on macOS. Windows and Linux are on the roadmap, so the team cannot provide release dates that have not been published on the download page.

Use the same address for data-access or deletion requests, security notices, press questions, licensing, distribution, and partnership proposals. Put “Privacy,” “Security,” “Press,” or “Partnership” in the subject line as appropriate. Privacy requests should identify the email address used in the original communication; do not send government identification unless we explain why it is legally required.

AREGRID Limited is the organization responsible for distributing Velika. The team works online-first from the United Kingdom. If a legal or contractual matter requires a postal service address or telephone contact, request the appropriate details by email so the correct entity and recipient can be confirmed before delivery.

We do not promise an immediate response, but complete context reduces unnecessary follow-up.
